LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT / AI ENABLEMENT

I make complicated things easier to learn.

I take care of learning and knowledge for teams. That includes everything from analysis to evaluation, as well as AI Adoption.

THE PROJECTS

What I'm building

Two short learning experiences about everyday work problems.

HTML5ABOUT 5 MINUTES

The AI Workflow Challenge

Find subtle problems in an AI-written update, check them against the original notes and repair the draft before it goes out.

Behind the build

The problem.

AI drafts sound confident even when they're wrong. In real work, one invented detail can slip into a client email or a process document unnoticed.

The solution.

Learners compare an AI draft with the original notes, find what doesn't hold up, then fix it. Spotting comes first and correction second, the same order it happens on the job.

What it shows.

I came up with the concept and refined it over several versions. AI helped build the HTML5, and I directed the result. For a team, that means I can turn a real risk into a short, hands-on activity and get it built quickly while keeping control of the learning design.

ARTICULATE STORYLINEABOUT 10 MINUTES

Document Review Chaos

Three colleagues send back edits to the same document. Watch how to combine them in LibreOffice Writer, then try it yourself without losing a single change.

In development
Behind the build

The problem.

Documents usually go to several reviewers at once. Each one edits a personal copy and emails it back, and the author combines everything by hand. Changes get missed or overwritten, and errors someone already caught reach the final version. Authors often don't know their software can combine the edits, or that it only works when every reviewer starts from the same original file.

The solution.

A ten minute simulation in LibreOffice Writer, built in Articulate Storyline 360. In View mode, an expert merges two reviewers' edits and explains the reason behind each step. In Try mode, the learner handles a harder case, a reviewer who forgot to record changes, and decides which edits to accept. Wrong choices get a hint and a short explanation. The company and documents are fictional.

What it shows.

I start from a specific work problem and audience, then pick the format that fits the task. I build the practice around mistakes people really make, such as accepting every change at once. AI helps with research, storyboard drafts and sample content, and I make the design decisions and build the course myself. This is still in development, so it isn't evidence of a finished build yet.

ABOUT

First I taught in a classroom, then I started doing it everywhere.

Whether it was tech support, knowledge management or training, the job was always to help people understand something and use it.
