Behind the build

The problem.

AI drafts sound confident even when they're wrong. In real work, one invented detail can slip into a client email or a process document unnoticed.

The solution.

Learners compare an AI draft with the original notes, find what doesn't hold up, then fix it. Spotting comes first and correction second, the same order it happens on the job.

What it shows.

I came up with the concept and refined it over several versions. AI helped build the HTML5, and I directed the result. For a team, that means I can turn a real risk into a short, hands-on activity and get it built quickly while keeping control of the learning design.

Document Review Chaos

Two colleagues edited the same guide. Watch how to review their tracked changes in LibreOffice Writer, then decide yourself which ones to keep.

Behind the build

The problem.

When several people edit one document, someone has to decide which changes to keep. Many people click Accept All to save time, and that's how a deleted rule or a wrong number ends up in the final version.

The solution.

A five minute simulation in LibreOffice Writer, built in Articulate Storyline 360. In View mode, the learner watches how to open Manage Changes and accept a change. In Try mode, they review the rest and decide what to keep. If they reach for Accept All, they see what it would have cost. The company and documents are fictional.

What it shows.

I start from a specific work problem and audience, then pick the format that fits the task. I build the practice around mistakes people really make, such as accepting every change at once. AI helps with research, storyboard drafts and sample content, and I make the design decisions and build the course myself. This is still in development, so it isn't evidence of a finished build yet.

First I taught in a classroom, then I started doing it everywhere.

Whether it was tech support, knowledge management or training, the job was always to help people understand something and use it.
